About HEDRON
Welcome to the Occultist Branch of the SCP Foundation. Operating under the designation SCPF HEDRON, this division serves as one of the Foundation's foremost authorities on anomalies connected to demonology, ritualistic phenomena, infernal entities, and occult practices.
Established in 1970 in Germany, HEDRON was formed in response to a growing number of anomalous incidents involving sacrificial rites, reality-altering ceremonies, hostile extradimensional entities, and artifacts tied to ancient esoteric traditions. Conventional containment procedures proved insufficient against threats rooted in metaphysical systems, forcing the Foundation to create a dedicated branch capable of understanding and countering anomalies governed by ritual law rather than conventional science.
Today, SCPF HEDRON operates as a major international branch within the Foundation's global command structure, coordinating with containment sites, intelligence divisions, and specialized response teams across multiple continents.
