The Administrative Assembly directs the Foundation's executive actions on all levels. The Assembly is chaired by the Chairman and overseen by the O5 Council. The Assembly is also responsible for ensuring clear coordination and representation between Departments, and producing and authorizing Foundation-wide legislation.
